From SUX 911, ” A Northwest Iowa woman is accused of embezzling more than $24,000 from a company where she worked. Booked on multiple felony charges including four counts of theft, three counts of unauthorized use of a credit card and tampering with records.
An additional accusation says she used company credit cards to illegally pay for clothing, fuel, meals, household goods, groceries and electrical work to a property she owned. She is then believed to have paid the credit card companies for those purchases with Calumet Carriers’ funds.
She is also accused of writing company checks reimbursing herself for clothing, vehicle mileage, and cell phone usage that were not authorized by company policy or approved for payment. “
